Do I need to register to place a Gift Cards order?
Yes. Before you can place an order, you will need to register your business contact and company details. By registering your details, FCTG is able to provide a more efficient service to you and your business. This includes fast and efficient order processing, tracking the status of your Gift Cards orders and recording negotiated commercials against your registered company details. How do I place a Gift Card order?

Is there a minimum/maximum dollar amount that can be loaded on a Gift Cards?
Yes. Gift Cards available from the FCTG Corporate Portal may have a variable load amount.
The minimum amount that can be loaded on to an individual gift card is $20 and the maximum is $4000. If you wish to purchase a card with a larger value, you will need to split the amount over multiple gift cards.
What is the minimum number of Gift Cards required for an order?
The minimum quantity of Gift Cards required for an order is one (1).
There are additional fees and charges such as delivery fees that may apply regardless of the number of cards
ordered, or the total value of an order.
What type of Gift Cards can I order and when can I expect to receive them?
You can order physical Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.
Delivery of physical gift cards takes five (5) business days. Physical gift cards are sent out inactive (for security reasons).
Once payment has been received and processed, you will be sent an activation email with a code and pin. Please save this email and use the link provided to activate the physical gift card(s) once they have been delivered.
Delivery of e-Gift Cards takes one (1) business day.
Are there different Gift Cards designs available?
FCTG offers a standard Physical and e-Gift Card design per brand.
What delivery options are available and how much will delivery cost?
All deliveries for physical gift cards are made by courier to your nominated address. The delivery cost of physical gift cards ordered via the corporate portal is $11 per address (i.e. if you had card/s sent to five different recipients, the delivery cost would be $55) via StarTrack Couriers.
There is no cost for sending e-gift cards.
How do I arrange for payment through the Corporate Portal?
Both physical gift cards and e-gift cards can be ordered and payment made via credit card ($4,000 limit per order) or direct deposit.
If you pay by direct deposit, the order will be processed once payment has been received and verified on our bank statement. This can take up to five (5) business days from the date of payment.
You will receive a tax invoice once you have placed the order.
After processing, delivery of physical gift cards takes five (5) business days and e-gift cards one (1) business day.
Will I get an order statement or tax invoice?
Yes. An order statement is generated at the time you place and submit your Gift Card order in the Flight Centre Corporate Portal. The statement is e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provided at time of registration. Once your order is processed you will receive a tax invoice via e-mail.
When do Gift Cards expire?
All gift cards (both physical and eGift Cards) are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
Can I order Gift Cards in any currency?
Flight Centre Australia is only able to issue gift cards in Australian dollars (AUD). If you require gift cards in other currencies, please contact us and we'll happily put you in touch with a Flight Centre representative in your area.

We do offer corporate clients a tiered discount based on a minimum annual spend and we review these spend thresholds annually. If you would like to determine if your order will

Can I use a Flight Centre Gift Card as a prize in a competition?
Let us know what you've got in mind by emailing your promotional details to gift_cards@flightcentre.com and we'll
help you work out the best way to facilitate a successful promotion. We're happy to send you Gift Card assets, or our brand logo suite for you to use in your artwork. However we do require that
send it to us for approval. Approvals usually take around 48 hours. Our brand assets need to be legible, on a plain background and with suitable space around them. Please contact us if you require any
Flight Centre brand assets.
Am I able to use the Flight Centre logo or Gift Card assets in creative I am producing?
Absolutely. Please contact the FCTG Corporate Gift Cards Team and we can supply our Gift Card lockup, or logo suite.
You can use the Flight Centre logo or the gift card assets interchangeably. They need to be on a plain background at a legible size, and with suitable space around the creative. Unfortunately you are unable to edit the Gift Card, or the logo asset.
We do require approval, so please send final artwork to the FCTG Corporate Gift Cards Team at gift_cards@flightcentre.com, before it goes live. Approvals usually take around 48 hours, but as much notice as possible is always appreciated.
How do I update my personal business contact and company information?
Personal business details, or company information can be updated via our website, or by contacting the FCTG Corporate Gift Cards Team on 1300 765 982 or by emailing us at gift_cards@flightcentre.com.
As a security measure, each email address is unique and can only be registered once.
If your email address has changed it cannot be updated. You will need to re-register via the Corporate Portal with your new details.
Are my personal business contact and company information details secure?
Safeguarding your personal business contact and company information is important to FCTG. FCTG takes issues of privacy and security seriously. Please read the FCTG Corporate Privacy and Security Notice that outlines how Flight Centre collects, stores, protects and uses your personal business contact and company information in the provision of Gift Cards services to you and your company.
Do you have any recommendations for setting a secure password?
- A minimum of 10 characters
- At least one digit (0-9)
- Include at least one special character (punctuation)
- Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
Where can I redeem FCTG Gift Cards?
FCTG Gift Cards can be redeemed instore and over the phone.
Can I reload Gift Cards?
No. Once a Gift Card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.
What if a Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Once Gift Cards are activated they should be treated like cash, as lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
What is an e-Gift Card and how do I redeem e-Gift Cards?
An e-Gift Card is a Gift Card that is delivered via email. It works in the same way as plastic Gift Cards work today. The e-Gift Card can be downloaded and viewed, or printed to be redeemed instore.
How do I download my e-Gift Card?
When you purchase an e-Gift Card, an email will be sent to the recipient with an excel file attached. Open this attachment and copy the URL link from column C of the excel file, paste the URL link into your web browser to download your digital voucher.
Do customers require a PIN in order to redeem?
Yes. Providing the Gift Card PIN at time of redemption is mandatory. It is imperative that all Gift Cards issued to customers include a PIN, or the card will not be redeemable.
What is the Bulk Upload functionality?
Bulk upload functionality offers you the option to have your Flight Centre Gift Card order sent to multiple delivery addresses by uploading a file template with your nominated delivery addresses. This functionality can be used for both physical and digital Gift Cards.

Can I nominate another person and/or company to receive my Gift Cards order?
Yes. You can order your Gift Cards and have the order delivered to any person and/or company nominated as the delivery recipient.
Can I pick up my Corporate Gift Card order at a nominated Flight Centre Store?
No, Gift Cards purchased in the FCTG Corporal Portal are delivered to your nominated address.
What methods of payment can I use?
FCTG Corporate Portal offers flexible payment methods including direct deposit and credit card payments. Credit card payments include MasterCard and Visa.
What fees and charges are applicable to my Gift Cards order?
In addition to the loaded value of the Gift Cards in your order, there may be other applicable fees and charges including delivery fee(s) per order.
Are Gift Cards secure?
Flight Centre Physical Gift Cards, ordered through the Corporate Portal, are sent inactive. Before a physical gift card can be used, the Gift Card order must be
activated using a confidential "Bulk Activation Code". Once an order is activated, the gift cards must be treated like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
Can I create a customised message for my Gift Cards Presentation Folder/Carrier?
Yes, you can create a custom message that is up to 400 characters long (including spaces). The message you create will be printed on every physical gift card presentation folder/carrier, or on the e-gift card(s).
